Today it rained all day long. There was a crispness in the air. The leaves are starting to change color. I was watching TV and felt it....that chill that comes with Autumn. My feet were just a little too cold and my lap needed some warmth as well.....but I was also watching old episodes of Glee on my lap top. What is a girl to do? And then I remembered. I slowly opened up the chest where blankets are kept, seemingly forgotten until the weather changes again.....and there is was. Just a beautiful as I remembered it.
My Snuggie.
I slowly slipped my hands through the sleeves and tucked my feet under the bottom and was welcomed with instant warmth....like a hug from your old friend.
you know, i always laughed about snuggies and never thought i'd own one, until i walked past a spencer's gifts in the mall...and saw a snuggie that had jack skellington's face (or skull, rather) all over it and i fell in love.
too bad i can't convince spence to let me spend 20 bucks on it...
